TEACHER TRAINING CONTENT

YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO:

  • Stabilize your own nervous system and help students/clients to follow you in this path

  • release trauma, subconscious emotions and negative programming/thinking patterns mainly through the body

  • Using fascial yoga and other fascial release tools such as Massageballs, dynamic fascial release teechniques, movement therapy, intuitive movements + voicing

  • Combine Yin Yoga with ancient spiritual knowledge, mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques and touch/bodywork, creating a sacred experience/journey in each of your classes
