About me
 

My name is Vera. I am a certified psycho-somatic counselor, movement/yoga therapist, and bodyworker with 10+ years of professional experience (working both in groups & 1:1). 
My personal healing journey spans 15+ years, having received countless hours of deep somatic therapy myself.
 

 What I do:
 

As one of the first step i help you regulate and stabilize your nervous system, so your body feels safe enough to transform:

The Work

My work combines psychological tools, somatic experience, breathing & nervous system regulation techniques, bodywork, spiritual knowledge and many other tools in a holistic way that lets you see your true self, including your shadow parts. 
 

The Goals:

  • Reconnect you with your sensations and to learn to understand the signals of the body (pain/diseases/chronic tensions), which will be the first step to eventually integrate split of parts, release suppressed emotions and to reconnect you to your true core essence (Spirit)

  • Figure out what are your core wounds and how the play out today as certain patterns

  • Improve the relationship with yourself/others as well as your overall wellbeing
     

We achieve this together by creating healthy mindset, behavioral and lifestyle changes as well as a daily practice (using the specific tools for your needs + your own personal routine)

Unprocessed emotions get stored in the body as chronic tension, energy blocks, or pain — and often show up externally as love, success, or health struggles.

By transforming, integrating or releasing them, you restore flow, clarity, and connection to your authentic self and your purpose.

Mindset, behavioral and lifestyle changes often take time to implement, sustain and create the long term results. Preparing the nervous-system to feel deeper into suppressed emotions (aka trauma) and release them is only safe when done slowly. The pace of change is uncertain and varies amongst individuals.
