Why this training is so important
We Need Trauma-Informed Teachers, Mentors, and Facilitators
In today’s world, we need more individuals who are willing to do the inner work on themselves and guide others into reconnecting with their bodies.

We must learn how to process emotions physically, not just by talking about them intellectually. At the same time, it's essential to avoid forcing emotions to surface through intense methods without knowing how to handle them.
Too often, we see adults stuck in the emotional developmental stage of a 4-year-old. Yet, we have also witnessed the transformative power of Reparenting and Somatic Regulation Methods with our clients and yoga students.
Understanding Trauma
Let’s start with the basics. Did you know that “trauma” doesn’t just refer to extreme events like abuse or accidents? Trauma occurs when your highly intelligent system suppresses emotions that were too overwhelming to process at the time. This mechanism is designed to protect you.
Trauma can stem from subtle experiences, such as emotional neglect, divorce, or growing up with unavailable parents. These early wounds often create patterns, like repeatedly attracting partners who can’t fully commit—reflecting unresolved childhood pain.

When Does Trauma Begin?

Trauma frequently takes root in childhood, when a child’s emotional capacity is still underdeveloped. Seemingly insignificant events—like being left out of a birthday party or repeatedly hearing “not now” from parents—can leave lasting imprints.
The problem is worsened in today’s society, where we’ve never been taught how to process emotions or regulate ourselves. If our parents were disconnected from their own emotions, how could they teach us to connect with ours?
Modern distractions like doom scrolling only add to the problem, providing constant escape from our inner experiences.
Caution: Avoid Quick Fixes
While there’s a growing trend of seeking intense emotional releases through breathwork, plant medicine, or “trippy” experiences, these methods must be approached carefully.
Why?
Unprocessed emotions were suppressed for a reason—they are perceived as “dangerous” by your nervous system. Forcing them up prematurely can lead to retraumatization and MORE dysregulation.
Speaking from experience, I’ve explored many of these methods and have felt their power. But without learning how to reparent myself and process the emotions that arose, I also burned out my nervous system, where i spiraled down even more, from fight/flight into freeze state.

Unfortunately most Breathwork trainings don't even speak about the Nervous System. If you are interested to become/ or you already are a facilitator in these kind of techniques, our training would be a great foundation or "add-on" to guarantee safety and trauma-informed space holding in your sessions.

A Revolutionary Approach to Healing

That’s why we created this Yoga Alliance Certified Training—one of the first to integrate psychological and somatic healing tools into yoga teacher training.
For nearly a decade, we’ve worked with hundreds of people, and now this approach is gaining traction. Even traditional psychotherapists are now starting to incorporate nervous system regulation practices like breathing techniques into their session.
This movement is spreading like fire, and for good reason. With our training, you’ll be a pioneer in this field, building your legacy on a supportive and authentic foundation.
Why choosing an online Teacher Training?
We use many tools such as EFT (Tapping), that require a frequent repetition. This is not something you can learn in one session - instead you will have to practice while watching the teaching videos. This is why we decided to offer the psycho-somatic mentoring part online - so that you can go back to the classes again and again.
Furthermore you will be able to learn at your own pace, without pressure but with constant support and from the comfort of your home.
NOTE:
Since we are being heavily copied in a dangerous way, we are not describing our different techniques in detail publicly. If you want to know more, we can share more with you in a video call.
