REFUND POLICY

By submitting an application and deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies regarding tuition, refunds, attendance, and graduation requirements:

  • Refunds will not be granted after:

    • 15 days from receipt of the first payment, or

    • 2 days before the official start of sessions — whichever comes first.
You are liable for the full tuition and any applicable legal or collection fees.

  • Holystica is not responsible for delays due to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Should our program be interrupted, we will resume it as soon as reasonably possible.

  • In the event of a personal challenge (injury, loss, etc.), students are encouraged to continue their sessions.

  • Approved refunds are subject to a 15% administrative fee. Any remaining credit can be used toward future trainings within two years from the application date. Unused credit after this period is forfeited.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone training if enrollment is insufficient. In such a case, a 100% refund will be issued.

  • We may also reschedule live sessions in case of personal emergencies involving teachers.

COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
  • 100% attendance is required (per Yoga Alliance guidelines). If you miss a live session, you must watch the recording.

  • Poor attendance, lack of effort, or disruptive behavior can result in expulsion. Tuition will still be required. We will first communicate with you to seek resolution.

  • All assignments must be submitted on their due dates.

  • Full tuition payment is required before a certificate can be issued. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, tuition must be paid before the program starts.

  • A minimum average score of 80% is required to graduate. You’ve got this — we’re here to help you succeed!

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

You may reach out via email between sessions.
We respond Monday–Friday, and replies may take up to three days.

Many questions will be addressed during live sessions, and there will be time for spontaneous questions during each call.

SUCCESS DISCLAIMER

Students must commit at least 2 hours per week to:

  • Apply lessons from the training,

  • Review notes and resources,

  • Take inspired action.

You are expected to do the inner work on yourself during training. This will be reflected in your homework, exams, and interviews.

To maintain quality, mentors or teachers may not represent our school unless they have embodied the teachings themselves.
We reserve the right to delay certification if needed. You may retry a few months later.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
Students Must:
  • Be on time for all sessions.

  • Ensure a stable internet connection, quiet environment, and working audio. Prepare your space in advance (e.g., water, tissues, notebook).

  • Remain seated and focused during sessions — no multitasking.

  • Keep a journal or take notes, especially when triggered or inspired.

  • Give your best effort and honor any emotional highs and lows that arise.

  • Be accountable for completing homework and self-practice between sessions.

  • Minimize distractions during live calls.
